What cookies are used?

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser. The current configuration uses first-party technical cookies for the requested services, sign-in security and interface preferences. No advertising, audience measurement or behavioural profiling cookies are enabled. The public website uses system fonts instead of downloading Google Fonts.

Cookie inventory

Provider for all entries: injiret.org (first party). Asterisks indicate variable suffixes. Not all cookies are set for every visitor; most require opening the login screen or signing in. Session cookies normally expire when the browser session ends, although session-restoration settings may preserve them.

Information rather than consent

Technical cookies strictly necessary for a requested service are exempt from prior cookie consent under Article 22.2 of Spain’s LSSI. “Understood” only closes this notice. Continuing to browse or closing it is not consent to additional uses. If optional analytics, advertising or third-party services are introduced, the policy and implementation must first be updated to block them until valid consent is obtained, with equally accessible acceptance and rejection and an easy way to withdraw consent.

How to manage them

You can reopen the notice using “Cookies” in the footer and delete or block cookies through your browser’s site-data settings. Deleting the notice cookie makes the information appear again. Blocking session cookies may prevent sign-in or editorial work. Signing out ends access; deleting cookies is not a request to delete your editorial account or submissions.

This policy addresses browser storage. Technical server logs and OJS publication usage records are separate processing activities; OJS records those usage events on the server without analytics cookies. The absence of optional cookies does not mean that no personal data are processed.
